When William (Bill) Chadwick joined Healthy Buildings in August 2018, he already held an extremely impressive career and extensive experience with interdisciplinary team leadership, which makes him the perfect fit for the position of Project Manager. Since 1974, Chadwick has held various executive, leadership and consulting positions in various fields. He has served as a senior advisor for the U. S. Army Special Forces and Major Command Headquarters, as well as for corporations including Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Inc., SNC Corporation, and Executive Leadership Skills International, Inc. Chadwick is a decorated combat veteran. He received his undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds a Master in Business Administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Chadwick is a longtime volunteer at the California Veterans Home-Yountville and works with Community Action North Bay to mentor veterans in recovery. He also serves as a member of the Napa County Housing Commission, and is a former Planning Commissioner for the city of Napa, California, serving four years including one as the Chairman. He is a former Executive Director of the Napa Valley Coalition of Nonprofit Agencies. Also proficient in Spanish.
