Healthy Buildings January 2016 Review

Feb 1, 2016

The start of 2016 has been a busy and exciting time for us.  The first week in January, our Harvest Village project was passed unanimously at the Napa City Planning Commission. It was encouraging to hear feedback from the Commissioners and neighbors. Watch the video here.

We also launched our Lake County fire relief efforts and are working with several community members to rebuild.  Over 1,000 homes were lost, and we are excited to apply our OTechnology and upcoming HB Mini Homes to help out. Check it out here

Later in the month, our Principal Architect and Interior Designer attended the International Builders Show in Las Vegas. We discovered many new green building techniques and materials to make our homes even healthier.  According to Nicole Roland, our interior designer, “IBS was exciting, we met a lot of passionate people, but more importantly discovered new and innovative products. We returned inspired with the possibilities of how we could utilize these materials to help us build greener, faster and more cost effective.”
